Resignations in AP fear or dissatisfaction?

Andhra Pradesh turned into a fire ball soon after the passing of T-Bill in the parliament. Several ministers in Seemandhra started giving resignations after hearing the status of the T-Bill. Why did they resign to their positions at this instance? is the question in everybodys mind.
