Revanth Reddy alleged the MoUs signed by Telangana Government to procure power have been bogus. He claimed the farsightedness of UPA Government ensured surplus power all over the Nation.
Speaking to media persons on Tuesday, Revanth Reddy questioned, 'Why Telangana Government hasn't been accepting the offer of AP Government to provide power for a low price? White-Paper should be released on power deals of TRS Government. Ruling Party Leaders have been cheating people by signing deals with companies in defaulter list for commissions'.
The Kodangal Legislator alleges KCR sidelined IAS Officers who opposed his corrupt practices and appointed his close coterie in key posts. He accused Transco and Genco CMD Prabhakar Rao of speaking blatant lies.
Reddy declared Congress Party is ready for an open debate over the irregularities on the power deals by alleging TRS Government offered Rs 957 crore for a single company illegally. 'I am not able to believe that Agricultural Scientist MS Swaminathan praised KCR. This Government has the history of receiving fake Awards,' he said.
