TDP Legislator Revanth Reddy accused TRS Government of not addressing the severe drinking water scarcity in Telangana. He alleged State Government failed completely in transporting the purified water to drought-hit areas.
The Fire Brand Leader ridiculed TRS Government for providing lakhs of litres of drinking water to Beverage Companies which produce beers, wine & whisky. He advised the government to divert the water to drought-hit areas to help the people.
Revanth Reddy warned Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao that he would file a Public Interest Litigation in Hyderabad High Court on the same issue if his Government fails to take necessary measures during the Summer season.
