Former Union Minister Jaipal Reddy claimed Congress has always adopted Gandhian path. He demanded CBI enquiry into the murder of Boddupalli Srinivas. 'If the case wasn't handed over to CBI, We would re-open the case after Congress forms the government and ensure conspirators are severely punished,' he warned.
