Revanth says Chandrababu has no work in Telangana

Perhaps for the first ever time, TPCC chief Revanth Reddy made adverse comments against Chandrababu Naidu. Revanth, a Chandrababu protégé, said that there was no TDP in Telangana and no work for Chandrababu Naidu. Coming as they are from Revanth Reddy, who always held Chandrababu in high respect, these comments assume significance. They are also hurting for all those who consider Chandrababu to be a Machiavelli in Telugu politics.
Reveanth said that there was no role for Chandrababu at a time when Chandrababu is stationed in Hyderabad to revive the party in Telangana. Revanth Reddy made these comments at Bodhan in Nizamabad district, where he was addressing a party workers convention. Speaking on the occasion, he made a caustic criticism of the TRS and its boss KCR. Later, he targeted Chandrababu Naidu and said that TDP was non-existent in Telangana. He further said that the party did not have a plan and policy in Telangana.
He also said that he had come out of the Telugu Desam only to serve the people. He said he works for value based politics and said there was no reason to criticize Chandrababu just because he belongs to another party. He said KCR who had criticized YSR as anti-Telangana is now pally with his son YS Jagan. Isntâ this opportunism, he asked. He said the TRS and KCR were doing politics of opportunism. He said that he was proud of being the president of a party that has played a great role in the formation of Telangana. He said it was the Congress that had given Telangana.
