Revanth's Vaastu fetish rivals KCR's superstition
By: Tupaki Desk | 3 July 2021 4:32 AM GMTHe was one of the bitterest critics of KCR on the issue of latter's vaastu fetish. He slammed KCR for razing the secretariat to ground and for spending heaps and heaps of money for constructing a vastu-compliant secretariat and Pragathi Bhavan. He said all this was downright superstition and that the whole exercise was a wasteful expenditure.
But the very same Revanth Reddy is now focusing on Vaastu changes in the Gandhi Bhavan. Before taking over as the PCC chief, he became busy making changes to Gandhi Bhavan. He is now having an entry door from the east and his chamber will be on the Eastern side. Not just that, the publicity material sale counter in the Gandhi Bhavan and the security room would also be razed. They would be accommodated at another place. If sources are to be believed, the changes will be completed before July 7, the day when Revanth Reddy will take oath of office as the PCC chief. According to a Gandhi Bhavan official, these changes could not have happened without the consent of Revanth Reddy. Several key camp followers of Revanth Reddy are already supervising the vaastu changes, he revealed.
While most politicians are great believers in vaastu, occult, astrology and even numerology, Revanth Reddy was never known to exhibit his superstitions. But, soon after his appointment as the PCC chief, he is doing what he criticised KCR for.
