Trinamool Congress leader Rezzak Mollah made outrageous remarks against BJP Candidate Roopa Ganguly while speaking to a Bengali news channel.
Rezzak Mollah described Roopa Ganguly as a real Draupadi. He also claimed to be aware of the length of the cigarettes she smokes and with whom she lives with.
In response, Roopa Ganguly commented its beneath her dignity to react on such derogatory remarks.
Rezzak Mollah joined TMC in February this year. Recently, He was in news for controversial remarks against TMC MP Moon Moon Sen.
In the upcoming West Bengal Assembly polls, Rezzak Mollah is contesting from Bhangar constituency in South 24 Parganas district. Whereas, Roopa Ganguly is contesting from Howrah North Assembly segment against cricketer Laxmi Ratan Shukla.
