Rythu Barosa Scheme introduced by the Telangana Government in May 2018 fetched huge mileage for Telangana Rashtra Samithi. In fact, It was one of the key reasons behind the landslide victory of TRS in last year's Assembly Polls. Inspite of growing debt, CM K Chandrasekhar Rao is determined to continue Rythu Bharosa Scheme for the third consecutive year.

TDP Government implemented 'Annadata Sukhibava' scheme just before the 2019 Elections but failed to earn any political mileage. And now, YSR Congress Government is looking forward to winning the hearts of farmers with YSR Rythu Bharosa. From October 15th this year, Rs 12,500 per year will be paid to each farmer in AP.

For a change, AP Government decided to extend the benefits of YSR Rythu Bharosa only to poor farmers. Which means, Rich Farmers will be exempted from the list of beneficiaries.

As per these guidelines, Those people fit into these categories are ineligible for YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme...

1) More than one farmer in the same family

2) Organisations having Non-Agriculture Lands

3) Former and Current Members of Constitutional Bodies, Assembly, Parliament, Municipal Corporation and Zilla Parishads.

4) Current and Retired Officials of various departments in the State Government.

5) All those from above categories who are receiving pension of Rs 10,000 or more.

6) Income Tax, Commercial Tax and GST Payers of previous financial year.

7) Practicing Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Charted Accountants and Architects.

8) All those who converted their Agriculture Lands for residential purposes.
