Rishiteswari's Father letter to CBN & Ganta
By: Tupaki Desk | 3 Sep 2015 5:21 PM GMTMurali Krishna, the father of Acharya Nagarjuna University Student Rishiteswari who committed suicide following harassment from seniors, wrote a letter to AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Education Minister Ganta Srinivas Rao on Thursday. He pointed out the various loopholes in the investigation and sought immediate action from the State Government. Here are the valid points raised by him...
1) Why Principal Baburao wasn't booked inspite of his role in the suicide? Even Balasubrahmanyam Committee recommended Principal be named as one of the accused.
2) Principal Baburao intentionally made Rishiteswari receive her award from Srinivas on Fresher's Day.
3) Why no action has been taken against those who misbehaved with Rishiteswari?
4) Principal Baburao was the first person to visit the room in which Rishiteswari committed suicide.
5) Why the body was shifted without informing the Police?
6) Why in-depth inquiry wasn't conducted even after BRK Faculty David Raju complained to Governor against him.
7) Even before the charge-sheet was filed, Police have to file a case against Baburao.
8) The case should be handed over to a Sitting Judge.
