New Twist in Vishal Nomination Rejection

The issue of Election Commission rejecting Vishal nomination for RK Nagar by-election took an unexpected turn now. EC has informed about the appropriate action to be taken against the Actor if anyone comes forward to file a written complaint.
It is known that Returning Officer turned down the nomination filed by Vishal for December 21st by-election in RK Nagar Assembly Segment. Two (Deepan, Sumathi) out of 10 locals who signed in Vishal's nomination papers had denied making any such signatures. They had even alleged their signatures were forged.
Election Commissioner claims there is a video evidence to prove neither Deepan nor Sumathi signed on the nomination papers. He further added, 'This proves Vishal had forged the signatures. We will take necessary action against him if we receive a written complaint'.
On the other hand, Vishal condemned the speculations that he extended the support to Independent Candidate in RK Nagar by-poll after rejection of his nomination. He also clarified nobody has influenced him to contest the by-election.
