India's Rohit Chamoli brings Gold in Asian Junior Boxing

India's boxer Rohit Chamoli had made the country proud by claiming Gold in the finals in the Asian Junior Boxing Championships. The final match was played on Sunday in Dubai.
Rohit Chamoli and Mongolia's Otgonbayar Tuvshinzaya locked horns with each other in the finals. In the nail-biting match, Rohit Chamoli had a rough start to the match by losing the first round.
Otgonbayar Tuvshinzaya overpowered Rohit Chamoli in the first round and defeated him in the first round 3-2.Despite losing the first round, Rohit Chamoli won the final by winning a gold medal.
Indian boxers both men and women, are gearing up to win the medals in the upcoming matches. More than 10 women boxers will play the finals and aim for the gold.
Nivedita (48kg), Tamanna (50kg), Simran (52kg), Neha (54kg), Preeti (57kg), Preeti Dahiya (60kg), Khushi (63kg), Sneha (66kg), Khushi (75kg), Tanishbir (81kg) will play the finals on Monday.
