Star Cricketer buys Rs 30 crore Flat

Indian Opener Rohit Sharma has bought a luxury flat in Mumbai's posh locality by shelling out a whooping Rs 30 crore.
Reportedly, Rohit Sharma purchased a flat in 53-storey Ahuja Towers in Worli, Mumbai. It is a 4-bedroom Arabian Sea facing flat and hence the sky high price. Mr. Sharma's flat in on the 29th level and it has got a 270 degree view of the sea & Mumbai city. Singapore-based Palmer & Turner Architects have designed the Ahuja Towers.
Ahuja Constructions which is the developer of the project already issued the Occupation Certificate to the Cricketer. Rohit Sharma might host a house-warming party soon after his return from the on going Sri Lankan tour.
May be, Mumbai Indians skipper wishes to live in this flat post his marriage with longtime girlfriend Ritika Sajdeh.
