AP Government transferred Vijayawada Kanaka Durga EO Surya Kumari after the reports of tantric poojas in the temple surfaced.
YSR Congress MLA RK Roja alleged AP CM Chandrababu Naidu was behind the tantric poojas which were meant to elevate Nara Lokesh as Chief Minister. 'Chandrababu Naidu and Nara Lokesh resorted to tantric poojas to remain in power forever. After getting caught red-handed, Government has thrown the blame of EO Suryakumari and transferred her. When Chandrababu was caught in the cash-for-vote scandal, An Official by name Anuradha was made a scapegoat in a similar manner. Peetadhipathis and Swamijis should question such illegal activities happening in the temples,' she opined.
The Firebrand Leader said Chandrababu Naidu Family need to be ashamed of themselves for indulging in such activities. She accused TDP Supremo of suppressing those who raise voice against his government with false cases.
