Roja Will Never Forget her Maiden Meeting as Cabinet Minister!

Actress-turned-politician Roja Selvamani is a happy person now. Serving as the Cabinet Minister is her long-time dream which was fulfilled recently. Putting an end to the long wait, she was taken into cabinet 2.0 in Andhra Pradesh. Roja was given the Tourism portfolio and she had decided to end her ties with Jabardasth due to the Cabinet post.
As a Cabinet Minister, Roja visited the Sri Venkateswara University and took part in the Sports Authority of Andhra(SAAP) review meeting. Roja Selvamani will never forget her maiden meeting as a Cabinet Minister of Andhra Pradesh for a not-so-good reason.
At the meeting, Roja had reportedly lost her mobile phone. Someone from the attendance had stolen her mobile phone and a police complaint had been lodged already. Based on the CCTV footage and the signals of the mobile phone, the cops are tracking the whereabouts of the device.
Minister's mobile phone getting stolen, that too on her first visit as a Cabinet Minister had made many heads turn. Reports say that the mobile phone's recent signals were captured near the Sri Venkateswara Ramnarayan Ruia Government General Hospital or the Rua hospital in the temple city. Roja had an unpleasant experience during her visit.
Roja gave a fiery speech during the meeting. She highlighted the importance of sports and how it helps the children and students physically and mentally. Tourism Minister Roja said that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy wants every youth to take up sports as it benefits them. The government will take measures to encourage youth to play sports.
Students and youth need sports, not cell phones. If we see, even small kids are playing games on smartphones. Smartphones make kids sensitive and depressed and sports help them stay fit and healthy. I urge students to take up sports and request parents to encourage their kids to take sports, Roja said.
While everyone was shocked looking at her fiery speech, Roja Selvamani had cooled the atmosphere by saying that she has the fire as inbuilt nature and it cannot be changed. Her dialogue fire made many remember Pushpa's Fire and Flower dialogue.
