Rs 100 crore defamation case against Kamal

In the legal notice, It's been mentioned that a comment made by Bigg Boss show host Kamal Haasan had hurt the sentiments of those living in slums and huts. Puthiya Tamizhagam founder-president Dr. K Krishnasamy seeks Rs 100 crore as damages if both Kamal and TV Channel Management fail to tender an unconditional apology with a week after receiving the notice.
Krishnasamy told he demanded Kamal and Star Vijay TV to apologise for the remarks made by Gayatri Raghuram, who used the word 'cheri' which has offended the people living in slums. He said legal notice was served as there is no proper response from them.
Legal Notices were served to Star Vijay TV MD Ajay Vidya Sagar, CEO of Endemol Shine India Deepak Dhar, Kamal Haasan and Gayatri Raghuram.
