Rs 9.85 lakh crore banned Notes deposited in Banks

So far, Rs 9.85 lakh crore of banned currency was deposited in the Banks. Does this mean Tax Evaders have successfully converted their Black Money into White?
Centre kept claiming Rs 3 lakh crore of Black Money would be wiped out post currency ban. With still 3-and-a-half weeks left for December 30th deadline, Can Union Government meet its target?
Up to Rs 50,000 deposits is being allowed in Jan Dhan accounts. As a result, Huge number of deposits of Rs 49,000 have been made in such accounts from November 30th. Deposits under Rs 50,000 doesn't require PAN number and hence Black money holders have used it wisely.
Several Big Shots and Organizations have deposited black money in the accounts of their employees and took post dated cheque from them as a guarantee.
