Hyd devotee donates Rs 1 crore to TTD

The devotee has handed over the offering in the form of bank demand draft to the officials of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, which manages the temple.He has also requested the officials to use the money for the benefit of the physically challenged patients taking treatment at the Balaji Institute of Surgery, Research and Rehabilitation for the Disabled (BIRRD) run by TTD
Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), a trust that manages one of the India's richest temples, holds 5.5 tonne gold worth Rs 1,320 crore at current rates, according to its officials.
