Rupee exchange rate fall causes tough situation to Indian students and tourists. Those who want to go to abroad for higher studies and those who went there for spending their time joyfully are in confusion now. Most of them are thinking to cancel their foreign trips
and some of them who already went there are planning to come to Indian as soon as possible. This news coming out, due to the survey conduct by Assocham (Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India).
On comparing with Dollar exchange rate, the exchange rate of Rupee fallen down drastically due to that foreign tourist ratio decreased to 15- 20 percent. This survey reveals that instead of going to foreign to enjoy holidays they are planning how to spend time in India itself. Some are felling that due to fall in rupee rate hotels, foods, transports and shopping all these expenditures are getting increased. Recently a person named Subeer Ganguly planning a family trip to Europe consisting of 3 members in his family, for that he pay 1 lakh 40 thousand rupees per single person to an agent. But five days before of his journey that cost raised to 1 lakh 70 thousand rupees. This happened not because of agent due to fall in the rupee rate.
Coming to students those who want to go to America and Europe for their study, for those the present situation is a tremendous blow! They have to pay their fee or their expenditures in the form of dollars only. Since rupee rate was fallen they have to pay more dollars there. Most of the parents send their children to foreign for high studies by taking loans from the banks or by their savings money. Now they also pay more money compare to past.
Students who are going to US, UK, Europe countries for their higher studies must have to search a part time job there! One student share her felling that she got a admission in an university at Los Angeles but due to high fee over there instead of going to that university she want to do that course in any university in India.
