This Country To Come Up With The First Pandemic Vaccine!

Russia which earlier announced that it is gearing to come up with a potential vaccine to cure the pandemic took a step ahead and said the vaccine will be made available in the month of August.
The vaccine which is expected to be out between 10 August to 12 August, was developed by Moscow's Gamaleya Institute. If the vaccine gets ready, this will turn out as the world's first pandemic vaccine.
However, there is no official information on whether the vaccine has undergone multiple clinical trials so that the scientists' can record the actual result of the potential vaccine.
If we have anything to take from the media reports, Russia is making efforts to use the vaccine on the people who are more vulnerable to respiratory disease, like Doctors and Frontline warriors.
