Russian Tourist begs, Sushma offers help!

After his ATM PIN got locked, A Russian Tourist has no other option but to beg outside a temple in Kancheepuram for survival.
24-Year-Old Evangelin failed to draw money using his ATM Card as the PIN got looked. He sat at the entrance of the Kumarakottam Sri Subramanya Swami temple and sought help from people by holding his cap in the hand. Devotees were surprised to see a Foreign in such a position and alerted the local Cops. Police offered Evangelin some money and advised him to contact Russian Consulate Officials after landing in Chennai.
Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj came to know about the situation of the Russian Tourist. Immediately, She responded in this manner - 'Evangelin - Your country Russia is our time tested friend. My officials in Chennai will provide you all help'.
