AIADMK MLA files kidnap case against Sasikala

AIADMK MLA S Saravanan Today filed a complaint against VK Sasikala Natarajan and AIADMK General Secretary Palanisamy in Kuvathur Police Station. He accused Chinnamma of holding the MLAs captive for several days against their will.
S Saravanan represents Madhurai South Assembly Constituency. After reaching caretaker Chief Minister O Panneerselvam's residence on Monday night, He claimed to have have escaped from Golden Bay resort by disguising himself and scaling a wall. 'I wore a T-Shirt & Shorts to escape from the beach resort in Koovathur. O Panneerselvam will win if a floor test is held by the Governor. Most of the legislators in Sasikala's Camp will vote for Panneerselvam,' he said.
Based on the complaint, A Case under Sections 342, 343, 353, 365 & 503 (1) of the Indian Penal Code has been booked against Sasikala Natarajan. This fresh case isn't something Sasikala want at the time she was on her way to serve remainder of jail sentence in disproportionate assets case.
