Sachin Son an Eye Witness in Preity Zinta case?

Actress Preity Zinta filed an FIR against her former boyfriend and business partner Ness Wadia accusing him of abusing and threatening her during an IPL Match on May 30th in Wankhade Stadium.
If the sources are to be believed, Sachin's Arjun who was seated in the pavilion along with Preity is the new witness in the case. The fight between them disturbed the kid who asked them to be quiet and at this point Ness Wadia even yelled at him.
Cops have recovered 9 hours footage of the match but only 20 seconds clip has been useful for the case. The footage has been sent to lab for improving the quality.
Reports say, Preity and Ness had 3 fights on May 30th. One before the team staff, second at the pavilion and third on the ground.
