Sacked BSF Jawan Contests Against Modi

2019 Elections won't be easy for the Narendra Modi-led NDA. Opinion Polls have already indicated about the high possibility of Coalition Government in 2019. The fact that a former BSF Jawan is contesting against him would certainly embarrass PM Modi.
Couple of years ago, Tej Bahadur Yadav created a sensation by sharing video message in which he found fault with the NDA Government for providing stale food for the Jawans who serve the nation. After the video went viral, Yadav was sacked from the Indian Army. He kept fighting the legal battle ever since then to get back into the service.
With 2019 Elections, Tej Bhadur Yadav decided to teach a lesson to Narendra Modi by contesting against him in Varanasi. He decided to contest only as an independent even though many parties have offered him Varanasi MP Ticket. 'It doesn't matter whether if I win or lose. My intention is to highlight the failure of Government is dealing with the CRPF Jawans. NDA Government failed the armed forces. Modi seeks votes in the name of Jawans but does nothing for them. Even Martyr status was denied for the Jawans who were killed in the Pulwama Terror Attack,' he alleged.
