KTR - What have you done?

Popular Journalist Sagarika Ghose brought to the notice of Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao about the death threats issued to Dalit Professor Kancha Ilaiah after the release of his book 'Samajika Smugglerlu Komatollu'.
When the Journo asked him whether he would agree or disagree over Zero Tolerance for Death Threats, KTR replied: 'Freedom of expression doesnât confer upon anyone the right to insult as they wish. If there is a threat perception, TS police will review it'.
As the Journalist opined the first sentence of KTR is uncalled for, KTR shot back, 'Am I not entitled to freedom of expression Sir? Are you going to dictate what I should be saying? Pls know the issue before jumping in'.
What about the objectionable comments made by TRS Leaders against Andhrites during Telangana Movement? Will KTR issue an apology for hurting the sentiments of Andhra People? or Would he continue to say everything happened in the heat of moment? If Kancha Ilaiah is wrong, so is TRS Leaders who described Andhrites as looters!
