YSR Death: Sakshi Channel to be Prosecuted!

This news item provoked the admirers of YSR to damaged the properties owned by Reliance Industries Ltd. Reliance Super Markets, Petrol Bunks and Other Assets have been ransacked in the year 2010.
Congress Government which was in the ruling then filed case against all the three Telugu news channels under Section 153-A. Post the bifurcation, Telangana CID is handling the investigation of this case.
After TRS formed the Government, Management of TV5 & NTV sent letters to Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao appealing him to exempt them from the case. They even apologized for telecasting the news item just based on Sakshi's report sans any cross-checking. Following which, These Two Channels were exempted. However, TRS Government rejected Sakshi Channel's letter seeking its exemption on grounds that CID isn't in favor of it.
Telangana CID named Sakshi CEO, Editor & Two Journalists as the Accused in the Case. They came to conclusion that about Rs 12 crore worth properties of Reliance has been damaged in the attacks at multiple locations. The Investigation Agency even recommends prosecution of Sakshi Channel in connection with the case.
