Salman driver to Face Charges of Perjury

The judge, on Wednesday, dismissed the fact that the actor's driver was behind the wheel and instead declared that Salman was driving the car and was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.
As actor Salman Khan was pronounced guilty his driver Ashok Singh who owned responsibility for the accident now faces charges of perjury.T he prosecution is likely to file charges against him for lying in court.
On march 31 st Salman's driver Ashok Singh examined as defense witness, says he was driving the car and not the actor.In a dramatic twist at last moment Ashok Singh has confessed to being responsible for the accident. Ashok told a court in March that he was driving the actor's Toyota Land Cruiser on the night of September 28, 2002.
The prosecution alleged that the driver had taken money to give a false testimony. He said the police never listened to him and blamed Salman Khan.
