By: Tupaki Desk | 13 Oct 2013 5:29 AM GMTSamantha was seen doing back-to-back films this year unlike 2012 in which she faced few health issues and stayed away from work for more than two months.
The golden leg claims factors like NTR-Harish Shankar-Dil Raju, her role, big budget and commercial subject have prompted her to sign 'Ramayya Vastavayya'.
In future, Sam wishes to be part of small budget concept-oriented films. "I don't want to be typecast as only glamorous or de-glamorous. I would like to concept-oriented film which were made in Tamil and Malayalam. Mollywood have been producing good films these days. They are producing films with Rs 2-3 crore and managing to collect Rs 15 crore. I feel, this trend will be seen in Tollywood soon. I have been reading some Malayalam scripts off late
When asked if she is accessible to the producers who makes films with Rs 2-3 crore, Sam replied, "Why not? I might sacrifice my remuneration if I like the script so much and take percentage in the profits. I am not so good-hearted to act for fee but I could consider the profit sharing idea".
May be, Samantha is eying more money through profit sharing rather than a fixed amount in the form of remuneration.
