KCR using Sampoo's Charisma? Silly Joke!

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao offered his appointment to Sampoornesh Babu when the actor expressed his desire to meet him. The meeting took place at CM's residence-cum-office at the Pragathi Bhavan.
Few Websites & Media Houses have jumped to the conclusion that KCR is trying to use the popularity and charisma of Sampoonesh Babu in next elections. Does it make any sense?
Earlier, There was a similar campaign involving Bithiri Sathi. When all the surveys have been predicting close to 100 seats for TRS in 2019 polls, What is the need for TRS Supremo to rope either Bithiri Sathi or Sampoornesh Babu?
Till date, KCR hasn't given any indication of having plans to use the services of TV & Film Personalities in next elections.
