Sanju Samson Says IPL Can Change The Mood Of The Country

The nationwide lockdown imposed in India in the wake of the rise of the positive cases of COVID-19 resulted in postponements of many things and sports are surely among them.
The 13th edition of the Indian Premier League(IPL) also got postponed multiple times and the BCCI said that this year IPL cannot be conducted as the conditions in India are not favorable.
Talking about the same, Sanju Samson said that, the tournament will change the mood of the country and said that the authorities know well about the situation. Sanju added that as a sportsman I want the sports to start as soon as possible.
"My opinion as a sportsman is to start sports as soon as possible. Because personally, tha's the only thing which I do and I love the most and I just want to go out there and play, but also by respecting the guidelines given by the responsible authorities. And I believe an IPL can change the mood of the entire country," Sanju said who plays for Rajasthan Royals for IPL.
