Sasikala's CM choice on his way to Raj Bhavan

Within hours after the final judgement in the disproportionate assets case, VK Sasikala Natarajan stripped O Panneerselvam from the primary membership of AIADMK and PWD Minister Edapadi K Palanisamy was elected as the leader of AIADMK Legislative Party.
Following which, Edapadi K Palanisamy has written a letter to Tamil Nadu Governor Ch Vidyasagar Rao staking claim to form the Government. He claimed MLAs have unanimously elected him as Leader of the Legislative Party after expelling O Panneerselvam from AIADMK.
It was mentioned in the letter that Governor should invite Sasikala's Camp for swearing-in ceremony as they have the majority to form the Government. The letter addressed to Governor consists of the details of MLAs supporting Palanisamy.
Soon after sending the letter, Palanisamy left for Raj Bhavan to meet Governor Ch Vidyasagar Rao and speeden up the process of forming the Government.
