Sasikala Natarajan sacked from AIADMK

AIADMK sacked VK Sasikala Natarajan, who was appointed as the interim general secretary post Jayalalithaa's death, from the party at the General Council Meeting on Tuesday. A resolution has been passed in this regard.
Tamil Nadu Revenue Minister RB Udaykumar confirms expelling Sasikala Natarajan from AIADMK. 'Amma used to hold the post of General Secretary. It shall remain the same forever as only She has got the credibility to be in such position. All the appointments made by TTV Dhinakaran are invalid. AIADMK will retrieve the two leaves party symbol,' he says.
Post the expulsion of Sasikala, TTV Dhinakaran challenged AIADMK led by EPS & OPS to face fresh elections if it's true that party workers are supporting them. He pledged to destabilize the AIADMK Government saying none of the Ministers are confident of winning if elections happen anytime soon.
