Sasikala received VIP Treatment: Prison Officials

Former DIG (Prisons) D Roopa alleged AIADMK supremo VK Sasikala Natarajan and Stamp Scam Case convict Abdul Karim Telgi were provided special privileges in Parappana Agrahara Central Prison, Karnataka.
In the 4-Page Report she submitted after visiting Central Prison on July 10th, D Roopa mentioned Sasikala has paid Rs 2 crore to jail authorities for special privileges. She told Sasikala was allowed to use 5 Rooms, TV, Bed, Cot & Separate Kitchen. Whereas, Telgi was provided four men for the sake of body massage.
Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah appointed a committee to probe the allegations and submit a report within 15 days. The panel headed by BJP MLA & former Home Minister R Ashok got to know that Sasikala was indeed offered VIP Treatment. Even the Jail Authorities confessed to have offered privileges to the convict.
