Will Modi bring Ganga Water for Telangana?

On August 7th, Narendra Modi will be touring Telangana for the first time after becoming Prime Minister of the country. He will taking part in few Government programmes including Mission Bhageeratha.
TRS Sources believe PM's Tour would be beneficial for Telangana People. They even expect that Narendra Modi would announce few sops during his visit.
Political Analysts, however, ask Telangana Leaders to stop day dreaming. They recall that Modi offered nothing other than sand brought in a raagi vessel when he took part in the foundation stone ceremony of AP Capital Amaravati. Now, A caution was made saying don't be surprised if PM brings ganga water in the raagi vessel for Mission Bhageeratha.
There is even buzz in Delhi circles about Modi Followers purchasing a raagi vessel recently. If this is true, PM's intention is very clear - 'Stop Looking at Centre, Take Care of Yourself'.
