Satya Nadella Says Permanent Work From Might Result In Mental Problems

Following the deadly outbreak of the contagious disease originated from the Wuhan Province of China many companies have offered work from home for the companies so that there will be continuity in the work.
American microblogging and social networking service Twitter took a step ahead and offered permanent work from home for the employees and they can use the facility even the lockout gets lifted.
This development did not go well with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and he said that this facility cannot replace the in-person meetings and even warned that permanent work from home might damage the social interaction and mental health of the employees.
In his recent interaction, Satya Nadella said that he is against the permanent work from home facility for the employees and the feel the in-person meeting lacks in the virtual meetings.
On the other hand, Facebook, Google, and other key tech giants asked their employees to work from home till the year-end. While Microsoft asked its employees to work from home till October.
