Saudi Prince beaten with a whip in Prison

A Saudi Prince has been beaten with a whip in prison as an punishment for the crime he committed. He will also have to serve the prison sentence. These orders were passed by a local court and the prince was taken a prison in Jeddah.
The punishment was implemented by a Police Officer on Monday. Prince had undergone necessary medical check-up to confirm he was healthy before serving the punishment.
Rules in Saudi Arabia were quite strict and they follow Wahhabi Sunni Muslim school. On October 19th this year, Turki bin Saud al-Kabir who is a Saudi Prince was executed after a court found him guilty of killing Adel al-Mohaimeed during a brawl. This was the first execution of a Prince since 1970s. People of Saudi Arabia hailed the country's Judicial System for treating everyone equality following this rare execution.
