Court Says Saying Good Figure Is Sexual Harassment!

People using words like good figure while complimenting others is common these days. In fact, we get to hear such words in reality shows too. But someone using the word against a girl accounts for sexual harrasment and it will not be a big shock if a sexual harassment case is filed in the scenario. A sessions court in Mumbai gave a verdict on this recently.
The court said that using the word good figure is outraging the modesty of a woman. Besides this, the court also said that those who use such words are also not eligible to not get bail. The verdict given by the Mumbai sessions court in a case is in discussion now and has become a big topic. A woman who works at a Real Estate company moved the Police against two male employees who work as Assistant Manager and Sales Manager as they used the comments like good figure.
Following this, the two employees approached a court seeking anticipatory bail in the case. But the justice said no to this and made some crucial comments during the arguments. Judge said that several aspects are involved in the case and the petitioners who applied for the bail should be kept in custody and if this is not made then it accounts for stripping the investigating power of the investigating officer. This will even impact the prosecution, the court said. Court also said that harassing fellow woman employees at the workplace is not a small thing. The case is an eye opener that using words like good figure for fellow employees and women is an offense and they would land in trouble.
