Scientists Found Out New Cluster Of Virus 'Clade A3i'

In a latest development, scientists have successfully found a new trait of the ongoing pandemic, and the distinct trait is more prevalent in the southern states like Telangana and Tamil Nadu.
Scientists who made a big breakthrough are from the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, Hyderabad. The distinct trait is named as 'Clade A3i' by the scientists.
What's even more shocking is that the new virus cluster is evident in around 41 percent of the genetic sequence in the country and 64 genomes were sequenced by these researchers.
The Centre for Cellular & Molecular Biology (CCMB) which is a premier research organization falls under the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) is believing that the new cluster might have origins from the deadly outbreak of the pandemic in the month of February in 2020.
The paper submitted by the CCMB stated that the new cluster might have originated when the nationwide spread of the virus took place in India. To study the new cluster the lion share of samples was collected from the states of Telangana and Tamil Nadu.
