See how Vijaya Sai Reddy fell from Jagan's grace?
By: Tupaki Desk | 20 April 2022 11:36 AM GMTAP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has shown that he is a past master in the art of showing the people their place. He knows how to cut people to size. The way he has cut Rajya Sabha MP Vijaya Sai Reddy his place. In the recent party reorganisation, he removed Vijaya Sai from the North Andhra coordinator of the party.
Vijaya Sai has been a close acolyte of YS Jagan and has remained with him through thick and thin. He even spent his time in the prison along with YS Jagan. Jagan trusted him like no one else in fact, when Jagan formed the council of minister after his victory in 2019, the only person who sat with him was Vijaya Sai Reddy.
However, after he was made the incharge of the party in North Andhra, problems began. Vijaya Sai rubbed many people the wrong way. Several key leaders lodged complaints against him. He was also involved in several land deals. It appears YS Jagan has taken cognisance of these complaints and replace him with a new incharge.
Through this, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has sent a clear signal that he would not tolerate anyone if the person crossed the rubicon. With this strong decision, Vijaya Sai Reddy would simply remain the party's central affairs incharge. However, even this responsibility will have to be shared with Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, who is currently the second most powerful person in the YSRCP.
