Pleasure Is Over, Pain Begins Now!!
By: Tupaki Desk | 5 Jan 2020 6:25 AM GMTPleasure time is over for the Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress alliance in Maharashtra. The pain part has begun. And it began sooner than expected. Honeymoon seems to be over for the unlikely political marriage. There are reports that at least one Shiv Sena Minister has sent in his resignation and another Congress MLA is all set to resign his post. Shiv Sena's Muslim face and deputy minister Abdul Sattar, who is said to be very unhappy with the treatment meted out to him, has sent in his resignation. Congress MLA Kailash Gorintyal too has decided to resign. Come to think of it, these resignations are coming within five days of their being sworn in.
Sattar is unhappy that the Shiv Sena has forfeited its plans to have ZP chief post to its nominee in Aurangabad. Instead,Shiv Sena has decided to support the Congress nominee. This is not to the liking of Sattar, who said he was not consulted while taking this decision. He is also not happy at being given a deputy level post. Sattar is likely to meet CM Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Kailash Gorintyal, a Telugu origin MLA from Jalna is unhappy that he has not been considered for ministerial position. He feels that people who are less deserving have been made ministers by the Congress. So, it's raining troubles for Uddhav Thackeray even before he has settled down. His MLAs are unhappy at being sidelined and denied ministers. Let’s wait and see how he manages to mollify them.
