Senior Congress Leader Threatens To Leave Party, If Revanth Is Made TPCC chief!
By: Tupaki Desk | 25 Dec 2020 8:04 AM GMTVeteran Congress leader and former Rajya Sabha member V. Hanumantha Rao who has been making it to the headlines with his comments over the TPCC selection process found himself in the middle of the new once again.
Reports claimed that V. Hanumantha Rao is not happy with the Delhi Congress leadership favoring MP Revanth Reddy for the TPCC post and said he will not stay in the party if Reddy is made the state Congress boss.
Since the media speculations are abuzz on Revanth Reddy in the race for the post, V. Hanumantha Rao has been asking the Congress leadership to not give the post to the leaders who came from other parties.
It is believed that the former MP stressed the same thing and said he will leave the Congress party if Revanth Reddy was made the TPCC chief.
Why the Congress party is sidelining leaders like Komtireddy Venkat Reddy and Jagga Reddy in the TPCC post race, who have done so much for the party served the party, the senior leader said.
'When the Congress party makes a person who is against Telangana formation the TPCC chief, should the other leaders go to jail for the party,' media reports quoted V. Hanumantha Rao.
