Another Senior Journalist brutally murdered

Even before people could forget the brutal murder of Gauri Lankesh, Another Senior Journalist in the country was murdered. These killings have been making people raise concerns over the growing intolerance in the nation.
KJ Singh (64) and her Mother Gurcharan Kaur (92) were killed at their residence in Mohali. While Mr. Singh's throat was slit & stabbed 5 times in stomach, The elderly woman was strangulated. Some unidentified people entered the house on Friday night. Preliminary Investigation revealed KJ Singh's Ford Ikon Car, LED TV, Wallet, Cellphone and few other valuables went missing. Accused have tried to create a scene that their prime motive was robbery.
Twin Murder came to light when KJ Singh's Sister & Nephew visited the house to deliver Lunch. They called Singh's mobile after finding blood stains on the floor but it was switched off.
Punjab CM Amarinder Singh ordered SIT to probe the double murder case. Cops believe robbery wasn't the prime motive as the accused haven't taken Singh's gold chain and didn't even check drawers in the house.
