Gujarat Polls Results: Close Fight, Sensex Sinks!

Contrary to the Exit Polls, There is a close fight between BJP and Congress in the Gujarat Assembly Polls 2017. After the counting began, Lack of much difference between both the major parties stunned people across the country.
In the 182 Member Assembly, BJP and Congress have been leading in 91 and 85 constituencies respectively as of now. It created an impression that Saffron Party willn't even cross 100-mark this time even if attains the magic figure.
On the day Exit Polls predicted BJP win with a good majority, Sensex gained 300 points. Today, There is a huge negative trend in the Indian stock market. Sensex sinks 850 points because of the narrow margin between BJP and Congress in Gujarat. While Sensex came down to 32,595, Nifty stood at 10,074 points.
In Himachal Pradesh, BJP have a clear an upper hand over Congress. In the 68-Member Assembly, BJP and Congress were leading in 38 and 21 seats respectively.
