There are widespread rumours that Family Members haven't been taking care of the iconic properties of former chief minister late NT Rama Rao. The House where NTR lived in Chennai had been in bad condition and it's been said to be already put on sale. Even the Shanti Kuteeram which played a crucial role in NTR's political career is under focus now.
After entering politics, NTR built Shanti Kuteeram in Gandipet and this place is full of greenery. He used to take bath in Gandipet water body and walk till the Kuteeram. Speculations are abuzz that Shanti Kuteeram isn't in a good condition at present and even this property might go for sale.
Lakshmi Parvathi claimed she is taking good care of Shanti Kuteeram in Gandipet. 'This is the only property of My Husband with Me. I am protecting it & doing everything that needs to be done. There is no question of either selling Shanti Kuteeram or offering it for lease. Anybody could visit this place which is dear to NTR whenever they want,' she clarified.
