How Sheena Bora was Murdered? CBI Chargesheet!

If what was mentioned by CBI in the chargesheet is to be believed, Sheena Bora's Murder on April 24th, 2012 was planned to perfection.
Indrani Mukherjea reached Mumbai on the morning of April 23rd, 2012. Driver Shyamvar Rai picked her up from the airport and dropped at Marlow Apartment Complex. Then, Indrani & Driver went to Raigad forest to decide where Sheena Bora's body has to be disposed. On their way back home, A 20-litre & two huge bags were purchased by them.
On the morning of April 24th, 2012, Indrani visited a chemist and liquor shop. She bought a bottle each of vodka and whisky, two water bottles, six bottles of sedatives and a pair of gloves. As per the directions of Indrani, The Driver mixed the sedatives with water & liquor.
Thereafter, Indrani and her Personal Secretary Kajal went to Hotel Hilltop. She informed her PA about the hotel room booked for a guest from Kolkata (Second Husband Sanjeev Khanna). Sanjeev Khanna met Indrani and her Driver at Bandra in the evening.
On the other hand, Rahul Mukherjea (Peter Mukherjea's Son from first marriage) picked up Sheena Bora from her Mumbai Metro office at 3.36 pm. They reached Bandra at 6.40 pm and Rahul left after dropping Sheena at Indrani's car.
Indrani & Sheena Bora hugged each other. Then, Indrani offered spiked water to her daughter and she drank some without knowing sedatives were mixed. Then, Indrani took Sheena to a Amarsons Saree Showroom and all the four people got into the car after sometime. Indrani asked the Driver to go toward Pali Hill. On the way, Sheena began losing consciousness. It was then, Sanjeev Khanna pulled got hold of her hair, Driver tried to shut her mouth and Indrani strangled her with his both hands. Sheena fought back and bit the driver's right thumb, but the trio overpowered her.
The Accused stuffed Sheena's body in a bag and stored it in the garage the whole night. By 4 am the next day, Sheena's body was pulled out of the bag and placed it in an upright sitting position in the back seat of the car. Then they took the body to Raigad forest to dispose it.
