Actress files Rs 100 crore Defamation Case

Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra slapped Rs 100 crore defamation case against Businessman Ravi Mohanlal Bhalotia for allegedly duping Textile Owner to the tune of Rs 24 lakh.
Actually, A cheating case was booked against this Celebrity Couple's Tele Shopping Firm Big Deals by Malotia Textiles few days ago. Rs 24 lakh worth Bed Sheets of Malotia Textiles were supplied to customers through Big Deals. However, Malotia Textiles was yet to receive the money from the company.
Now, Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra alleges Ravi Mohanlal Bhalotia who is the Vendor had cheated the Textile Firm. They even slapped a defamation suit for damaging their reputation with false allegations.
Big Deals was launched in December 2015. While Raj Kundra owns 63 percent stake, Shilpa Shetty acted as one of the Directors. Raj Kundra, however, resigned last year and the operations of the firm were stalled.
