Can Shilpa create History in Nandyal?

Nandyal By-Poll Counting is going to begin at 8 AM on Monday. The suspense about the winning candidate will be cleared by afternoon itself.
In all the by-elections which happened in Nandyal so far, Only Family Members of the deceased MLA emerged as victorious. TDP Offered ticket to Bhuma Brahmananda Reddy believing in this sentiment. However, Anything could happen in this particular by-election as both Ruling Party and Opposition Party took it prestigiously. While Government believes development works to the tune of Rs 1,500 crore will yield them a good result, YCP feels Jagan's extensive campaign and anti-incumbency will work in it's favour. If Shilpa Mohan Reddy wins, It's more like creating a history and it would also mark the start of TDP's bad time.
There are total 2,18,858 voters in 255 Polling Booths of Nandyal constituency. About 79.13 percent of polling was recorded in this by-poll.
Election Commissioner Bhanwar Lal held a video conference with Collector and SP regarding the arrangements for counting of votes at Polytechnic College in Nandyal. A media centre was arranged at the venue expecting huge presence of print & electronic media.
