When Did Vajpayee Died? Shiv Sena Skeptical!

Shiv Sena grew suspicious about the announcement of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee's death on August 16th, a day after the Independence Day.
Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut questioned whether or not Vajpayee had breathed his last on August 16th. He suspects if the death news of the Former Prime Minister was delayed to ensure PM Narendra Modi's Independence Day speech doesn't get disrupted.
In the Shiv Sena mouthpiece Saamna, Sanjay Raut quoted: 'There is need for our Rulers to understand what is Swarajya. Vajpayee died on August 16th, but his health kept deteriorating from 12th. He passed away on 16th of August to avoid National Mourning, Lowering of national flag to half on Independence Day and for making PM deliver his lengthy speech from the Red Fort'.
The Parliamentarian, however, didn't offer any reasoning for being so doubtful about Vajpayee's death. These comments certainly irk the BJP Leadership and force it to offer an explanation.
