Shocking: Scamster cheats Chief Minister's daughter for Rs 34,000!

Going into detail, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's daughter Harshita Kejriwal has put a second-hand sofa set for sale on a web portal. A fraudster has approached her on the pretext of buying the sofa set.
The fraudster had finalized the deal with CM's daughter and sent her some amount in advance. He then sent her a QR code and asked Harshita to scan the QR Code saying that she will receive the remaining money.
The victim scanned the code and Rs 20,000 was debited from her account. She asked the person why it happened. The scammer said, he has sent the wrong bar code and sent her another bar code and asked her to scan it.
Harshita scanned the bar code for the second time and again lost Rs 14,000. After realising that she was scammed, she immediately moved the Civil Lines police station and lodged a complaint.
The police have registered a complaint on the charges of cheating and the investigation is underway. The cops said we are trying to nab the accused soon.
