Shocking!!! See what RSS chief said about Muslims in India

It appears the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh or the RSS is bent on breaking stereotypes. It perhaps wants to prove that its concept of Hindutwa is different from what others feel. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat the other day said what several BJP leaders have all been claiming in TV channels all these days. He said the Muslims and the Hindus come from the same stock and are not different. What is significant is that RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said this.

The other day, Mohan Bhagwat addressed a national level gathering of the Rashtriya Muslim Manch. The RMM is the Muslim wing of RSS. Not many know that the RSS has a Muslim wing. It fights to bring the Muslims closer to the national mainstream. It is another matter that it did not get the kind of publicity that it deserves. It is also a fact that despite its long-time presence, it has limited penetration among the Muslim community at large.

Mohan Bhagwat significantly said that the DNA of all Indians is one and the same and that Muslims should not fall into the trap of separatists who are saying that Islam is in danger in India. He said that ‘Hindustani first' should be the mantra of all Indians. He said regardless of religion, the DNA of all Indians is the same.

He said that India was a democracy and there cannot be a concept of Hindu superiority or Muslim superiority. He said that we are all Indians. He said progress and development were possible only if all Indians are united.

More importantly, he said that he was not speaking for his personal gain or for votebank politics. He said the RSS was not involved in politics and was not worried about its image. He said the Sangh Parivar endeavours for the greatness of the country. He said any Hindu who says that Muslims have no place in India and that they are not true Indians. He said such people would do not good to Hindus either.

RSS chief's speech is being interpreted as an attempt to reach out to the Muslims. The idea is to dispel the notions about the RSS and bring them closer to the RSS.
