CM Bought 1.38 lakhs Water Proof Saree

Karnataka chief minister Siddaramaiah again hits the headlines. He was in news on Saturday after slapping the Bellary Municipal Corporation commissioner PG Ramesh.
Now the flamboyant CM throws another surprise. Siddaramaiah bought Rs 1.38 lakhs saree in an exhibition. The CM shopped at the inauguration of the Karnataka silk industries corporation in Davanagere on Tuesday and he was impressed with a water proof saree which costs close to RS 1.38 lakh.
The CM who highly impressed with saree knowing it was a water proof asked for a litre of water and poured it on the saree to convince himself .After checking it he immediately bought the saree for his wife Parvathi. The orange saree he bought was from the latest threads of gold collection unveiled by the government.
